Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in actuarial or related field.
• 10+ years of actuarial experience.
• 4+ years of leadership experience.

Responsabilités

• Evaluates pricing and performance of insurance and reinsurance programs and analyzes financial impact.
• Manages reserving processes including IBNR reserves and loss development factors.
• Establishes reserve practices for quarterly updates and internal/statutory reports.
• Provides data analytics support for pricing, reserving, and modeling across risk and actuarial functions.
• Builds complex specialty models with underwriting and claims teams to assess risk and pricing strategies.
