• Establishes reserve practices for quarterly updates and internal/statutory reports.
• Provides data analytics support for pricing, reserving, and modeling across risk and actuarial functions.
• Builds complex specialty models with underwriting and claims teams to assess risk and pricing strategies.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Evaluates performance and pricing of insurance and reinsurance programs and analyzes their financial impact in coordination with catastrophe risk modeling teams
• Drives reserving process including initial expected loss ratios, loss development factors, and required Incurred But Not Reported (IBNR) reserves
• Establishes reserve practices for quarterly performance updates and supports preparation of internal and statutory financial reports
• Executes data analytics support for pricing, reserving, and modeling needs across risk and actuarial functions
• Builds complex specialty models with underwriting and claims teams to assess risk exposures and develop pricing strategies
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned
