Job summary

OneDigital seeks an Actuarial Director to lead client data and analytics strategies within the Health & Benefits department. You will oversee actuarial studies, develop tools and models, guide junior actuaries, and present deliverables to mid- to senior-level clients.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of actuarial experience.
• Experience leading teams and client-facing projects.
• BA/BS in actuarial science, math, finance, economics or related field.
• Advanced Excel skills (VBA) and R or Python.

Responsibilities

• Lead client data and analytics strategy development.
• Conceive, plan and conduct actuarial studies.
• Provide financial forecasting and explain variances to senior management.
• Develop and maintain actuarial models for measuring spend and risk exposure.
• Mentor staff and oversee hiring decisions; manage projects end-to-end.
• Present deliverables to clients and support business development.
