Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• ASA (Actuarial), or FSA designation.
• 5+ years in actuarial science, data science, predictive analytics, or related quantitative disciplines.
• Experience gathering, analyzing, and applying competitive intelligence.
• Experience applying AI and large language models to solve business problems.
• Experience presenting technical information to leadership and non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to translate emerging technologies into practical, scalable solutions.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and change leadership skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret key drivers of health care trends and network competitive positioning.
• Conduct and evaluate studies on pricing, utilization and health care costs; impact on pricing, guarantees, and health product proposals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create actionable insights and reporting.
• Perform mathematical analyses and actuarial modeling to provide management with statistical findings.
• Develop and present strategic analyses and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with external industry partners and consultants.
• Design and run complex data programs for quantitative analysis of actuarial, financial, utilization, and cost data.
