Qualifications

• 5+ years in healthcare analytics, cost containment or similar roles.
• Proficient in data analytics and visualization tools (SQL, Tableau/Power BI, Excel).
• Strong understanding of healthcare cost drivers and medical claims data.
• Experience cleaning data and turning it into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain financial models to track cost-saving initiatives.
• Analyze prior authorization and claims trends to identify cost drivers.
• Develop models to quantify impact of cost-saving proposals for business cases.
• Prepare executive-level reports on savings, performance and potential.
