Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in actuarial science/related fields required.
• Master's degree preferred for advanced roles.
• 3 years experience in an actuarial role and 6 exam components required.

Responsibilities

• Define & diagnose a problem, outline data requirements for a study or analysis, and devise potential solutions.
• Create studies, analyses, and presentation materials to inform decision makers.
• Proactively ensure internal and external consistency of all work and perform reasonability checks.
• Provide technical input and lead others to produce accurate and efficient work.
• Envision and implement new processes to improve outcomes and align with company goals.
• Manage own time across multiple projects with minimal supervision.
• Interact with stakeholders to provide responsive service and explain technical work.
• Mentor less experienced staff regularly and foster teamwork and excellence.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
