You will lead actuarial studies across functions such as pricing, claim trends, profitability, medical economics, predictive modeling, and provider contracting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or its equivalent in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics or closely related discipline.
• Master's degree or its equivalent in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics or closely related discipline.
• 3 years experience in an Actuarial role.
• 6 Exam Components.
• 10 or more Exam Components.

Responsibilities

• Define & diagnose a problem, outline data requirements for a study or analysis, and devise potential solutions.
• Create studies, analyses, and presentation materials for decision makers and management.
• Ensure internal and external consistency of work and perform reasonability checks.
• Utilize knowledge forums to gain broader industry perspective and provide technical input.
• Explain technical work to technical and non-technical people and provide decision support.
• Mentor less experienced staff and lead by example.
• Develop efficient processes and apply actuarial techniques across functions.
