Job summary

You will work with partners across Actuarial, Finance, Government Affairs, and Underwriting to assess risks and deliver insights. Required SOA progress with 2 exams, 2+ years in health insurance, and strong Excel/data skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years related actuarial experience in health insurance.
• 2 SOA exams passed and working toward ASA.
• Proficient in Excel; experience with large data sets.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial and business risks with focus on quarterly forecasting and monthly valuation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners in Actuarial, Government Affairs, Finance, Product and Underwriting.
• Take ownership of assigned projects and manage deadlines independently while coordinating with others.
• Communicate effectively across teams and provide sound, unbiased recommendations on financial matters.
• Leverage technical skills to design and implement business solutions.
