What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze financial performance of the Commercial line of business, including competitive and network analysis
- Lead rate development and filing efforts, ensuring rate adequacy and compliance
- Conduct risk adjustment and actuarial benefit value analysis
- Write queries in SQL or other programming languages to support data analysis
- Apply project management skills in data-related and financial analysis projects

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Finance, or a related field
- Successful completion of 4+ exams of the Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA) designation
- Minimum of 5 years of healthcare actuarial experience
- At least 2 years of actuarial experience
- Demonstrated experience in writing queries in SQL or another programming language

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA) designation
- Fellow or Associate in the Society of Actuaries (FSA or ASA) upon hire
- Experience in actuarial modeling and automation of batch processes using Excel VBA and SQL
