Qualifications

• Actuarial experience and progress toward credential required (Rule of 5).
• Strong Excel skills and data analytics experience.
• Basic SQL knowledge; AI/Copilot experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze Medicare FFS claims, savings initiatives, and provider risk-sharing arrangements.
• Develop and maintain quarterly forecasts for Medicare FFS medical costs and provider risk-sharing.
• Develop and run data reports to identify emerging trends and gaps.
• Prepare financial exhibits and communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with internal partners to support forecasting, reporting, and analysis needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
