The Boulevard Post Acute is seeking an Activities Assistant to enrich residents’ lives through engaging programs. This part-time role supports social, emotional, physical, and intellectual well-being under Marquis Health Consulting Services’ guidance.

Responsibilities include planning and documenting activities, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and assisting with community events. Requires a high school diploma and prior experience in similar settings; seniors experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of experience in an Activities Department or healthcare setting preferred.
• Experience working with seniors is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, engaging environment for residents.
• Document resident participation in activities and programs.
• Promote residents' well-being through meaningful activities and interactions.
• Assist in planning, organizing, and implementing recreational programs.
