Bethany Health Care Center in Framingham, MA is seeking an enthusiastic Activities Assistant to enrich residents' lives through engaging, person-centered programming. This role supports physical, cognitive, social and emotional well-being.

You will plan and lead activities, reflect residents' interests, collaborate with the care team, and maintain documentation. This part-time position is 32 hours per week, with alternate weekends required.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required.
• Certified or Eligible for National Certification in Activity.
• Knowledge of Senior Montessori Principles highly preferred.
• Be creative and possess a positive attitude.
• Affinity for working with older adults.

Responsabilités

• Plan, coordinate, and lead engaging activities promoting residents' well-being.
• Develop programs reflecting residents' interests and preferences.
• Foster meaningful engagement and quality of life through person-centered programming.
