Job summary

Encore Village is hiring a part time Lifestyles Assistant to support activity programs and resident engagement at Briarwood and Reflections of Briarwood. Under the Lifestyles Manager, you will lead activities, assist with daily life tasks, and help create a welcoming, resident-centered environment.

You will document visits in the EMR, collaborate with staff, supervise volunteers, and contribute to program planning and special events. Flexible hours including weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• CNA preferred.
• Experience in senior activities preferred.
• Experience with music, crafts, activities, religious programming preferred.
• Must be able to operate a computer and use Word.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead/assist with activity programs and one-on-one visits as scheduled.
• Assist with daily life activities, including meals.
• Maintain supplies and a welcoming environment.
• Provide diversional and therapeutic programs for residents.
• Document activities in EMR and communicate with supervisors.
• Supervise volunteers and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.
• Contribute to monthly calendar planning and program ideas.
