Regency Coupeville in Washington state is seeking a part-time Activities Assistant to provide and supervise enrichment opportunities meeting the physical, social, cultural, spiritual, emotional, and recreational needs of residents. You will work with the care team to help residents reach their highest potential.

You will lead group and individual activities, follow the monthly schedule, document participation in residents' records, and attend care conferences.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating resident activities in care settings.
• Ability to document participation and communicate with care teams.
• Valid driver's license and private vehicle.
• Ability to relate positively with residents and families.

Responsabilités

• Provide resident activities on a group and individual basis.
• Promote and follow the monthly schedule of activities.
• Document medical records regarding residents' attitude, participation level, etc., and attend care conferences.
• Report to the activities director.
