Qualifications

• Ability to work with residents with varying physical and cognitive abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and lead daily activities and recreational programs for residents.
• Encourage participation while respecting individual interests and abilities.
• Lead activities such as games, arts and crafts, music, exercise, social events.
• Assist with group and one-on-one activities for residents with different needs.
• Maintain safe, clean activity areas and assist with special events and outings.
