LCB Senior Living, LLC is hiring an Activities Assistant at The Lodge at Historic Lewes. This full-time role offers wages from $17.00 to $19.00 per hour, depending on experience. You will plan and run residence activities, support volunteers, and assist with resident transportation and store operations.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in recreational therapy or gerontology preferred.
• Valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations in three years.
• Ability to lift at least 15 lbs and perform functional tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in planning, developing, organizing, and implementing activities.
• Develop suggestions to improve the Activities Program.
• Arrange transportation and escorts for residents to events.
• Maintain and expand Volunteer Programs.
• Assist with store operations and monthly newsletters/calendars.
