Job summary

Leidos in Norfolk, VA, is seeking an Active Directory/Exchange Specialist Mid to support Navy NMCI/SMIT program. You will monitor services, manage AD, Exchange, ADAM, and GAL, and use PowerShell and VMware for troubleshooting.

You will join a team delivering core network backbone, cybersecurity services, and enterprise data management for the Navy, with a shift schedule 6:00 PM–6:00 AM ET. U.S. citizenship and DoD clearance required.

Qualifications

• 8570-compliant IAT level certification required.
• US citizen with DoD Secret clearance.
• Ability to obtain Microsoft Azure AZ-900 and AZ-104 certifications.
• Familiarity with ITIL Foundations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage operation, servicing, troubleshooting, and account administration of AD, Exchange, ADAM, and GAL.
• Monitor AD and Exchange health and perform troubleshooting with PowerShell.
• Use VMware to monitor and troubleshoot servers.
• Analyze server and workstation logs to aid resolutions.
• Report incidents to leadership and escalate significant alerts/events.
