Zachary Piper Solutions seeks an Active Directory & Exchange Specialist to support a defense-focused enterprise IT environment on a government network. This onsite role is based in Quantico, VA, supporting secure communications and directory services.

Responsibilities include administering AD and Exchange, responding to incidents, and collaborating with cybersecurity teams. A TS clearance and IAT III are required; shift is Sunday-Wednesday 2pm–12am.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Systems Administration.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange.
• Experience supporting enterprise-level secure network environments.
• Strong troubleshooting, user support, and systems maintenance skills.
• IAT Level III certification required (SecurityX, CISSP, or equivalent DoD-approved certification).
• Active Top Secret clearance required.

This position is onsite in Quantico, VA. The Active Directory & Exchange Specialist will provide administration, troubleshooting, and operational support for Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange environments supporting secure network operations. Join a team that directly supports essential communications and infrastructure services for a high-visibility mission environment. This is supporting shift work Sunday-Wednesday 2pm-12am.

Compensation for the Active Directory & Exchange Specialist includes:

• Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000 depending on experience
