Job summary

VT Group (VTG) seeks a Senior Action Officer in Chantilly, VA to support the Director’s Action Group. You will edit, track, and close tasks, manage the DAG action system, and coordinate executive-level presentations with stakeholders.

The role requires DoD/IC experience, TIER familiarity, and proficiency with MS Office, working closely with senior leaders. Responsibilities include leading DAG support functions, developing SOPs, delivering training, and ensuring timely, accurate communications

Qualifications

• Experience in federal acquisitions DoD/IC or national security policy.
• Ability to work with senior executives across organizations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and standard applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical editing support and manage action tracking for the DAG.
• Oversee receipt, tasking, tracking, and closure of internal/external tasks.
• Maintain and improve the action tracking system and related SOPs.
• Draft and review executive-level documentation for consistency with strategy.
• Coordinate and maintain presentations for audiences up to the Senior Executive level.
• Lead, train, and deliver DAG-related courses including TIER and correspondence.
