Job summary

Turnberry Solutions is seeking a Senior Actimize Implementation Engineer in a Hybrid MO-St. Louis setup for a 4+ month contract.

You will own file development, pre-validation for Loan IQ and Phoenix, and enhance Fiserv file maintenance while translating AML requirements into bank-specific builds. You will mentor junior staff, validate outputs against source systems, and ensure delta-file structures support production post go-live.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience in data/AML implementations.
• Actimize platform knowledge sufficient to pre-validate data.
• Strong knowledge of core banking systems — Fiserv, Loan IQ, Phoenix.
• Experience with data mapping, ETL/file-build processes, and production maintenance.
• Ability to work independently and resolve ambiguity without direct AML guidance.

Location: MO-St. Louis, Hybrid 3-4 days onsite

Overview: Every Turnberry consultant belongs to a practice, an internal group of consultants and leaders with shared experience and expertise. Each of these practices aligns to one of the core services Turnberry offers to clients. As a Senior Actimize Implementation Engineer, you will join Turnberry's Data Strategy and Intelligence practice and service. This service provides insights into company data, advanced analytics solutions, robust data governance, and tailored solutions for specific data challenges.

Responsibilities

• Own file development, build, and pre-validation for Loan IQ and Phoenix, and ongoing maintenance and enhancement of Fiserv files
• Translate Global AML's business and Actimize requirements into a bank-specific build and validation approach for each core system
• Pre-validate outputs against source-system behavior, transaction codes, and banking operational context before handoff to the AML Program Team
• Build and maintain the delta-file structures needed to sustain the production environment after go-live
• Identify true data gaps that cannot be resolved on the bank side and elevate them to the AML Program Team with clear context
• Direct and review the work of the Banking Data and Systems Analyst; mentor toward greater independence on build and pre-validation work
• Flag differences in approach needed for Loan IQ and Phoenix relative to the Fiserv build, given lower existing familiarity with those systems

• Strong working knowledge of core banking systems — Fiserv, Loan IQ, and Phoenix — and banking operations more broadly
• Experience with data mapping, ETL/file-build processes, and ongoing production file maintenance
• Ability to work independently and resolve ambiguity without requiring constant AML-side direction

The salary range for this role is $165,000 to $235,000 or the hourly equivalent. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.
