Job summary

Turnberry is seeking a data analytics associate in St. Louis to help turn data into actionable insights. You will retrieve and organize data from Snowflake to support file builds and validation for Fiserv, Loan IQ, and Phoenix, and build delta files for ongoing production support.

You will apply banking knowledge and partner with senior leads to identify data gaps, preparing outputs for pre-validation and downstream review while developing Actimize mapping skills over time.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in data analytics or related field.
• Strong SQL and Snowflake (or equivalent data warehouse) experience.
• Banking operations knowledge, including transaction codes and source-system behavior.
• High attention to detail and ability to work across both business and technical contexts.
• Ability to work with reduced day-to-day direction as banking knowledge develops.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve and organize data from Snowflake (or equivalent) to support file builds and validation for Fiserv, Loan IQ, and Phoenix.
• Build and maintain delta files required to sustain the production environment after go-live.
• Apply banking knowledge to connect business requirements to underlying data without heavy SME direction.
• Partner with the Senior Actimize Implementation Lead to identify and help resolve data gaps.
• Prepare outputs and supporting documentation for pre-validation and downstream review.
• Build working knowledge of Actimize mapping requirements over time.

• Retrieve and organize data from Snowflake (or equivalent) to support file builds and validation for Fiserv, Loan IQ, and Phoenix

The salary range for this role is $62,000 to $85,000 or the hourly equivalent. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.
