Job summary

Turnberry Solutions in St. Louis, MO, is seeking a data analysis associate to support AML/Actimise validation and data mapping initiatives. The role involves maintaining validation artifacts, reviewing data files, and coordinating with both business and technical SMEs to ensure accurate mappings.

You will contribute to dashboards and data profiling, with a pathway to more technical validation work as you develop Actimise expertise. This is a hybrid role with 3–4 days onsite in Missouri.

Qualifications

• Strong documentation, tracking, and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Basic data analysis skills (Excel or similar); AML, banking, or financial services data exposure preferred.
• Comfortable working with business and technical SMEs to gather and confirm information.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update mapping documentation, the validation workbook, and related tracking logs.
• Perform first-pass review of data files and mapping documentation, flag discrepancies for senior review.
• Track open items and follow-ups across AML and technical stakeholders.
• Maintain and organize validation artifacts in the shared repository used by Banking Operations, AML, and program stakeholders.
• Prepare validation status summaries and reporting materials for the Senior Actimise Validation Engineer and the PM.
• Build knowledge of Actimise requirements and mapping logic with a path toward more technical validation work.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update mapping documentation, the validation workbook, and related tracking logs
• Perform first-pass review of data files and mapping documentation, flagging discrepancies or open questions for senior review

• Comfortable working directly with business and technical SMEs to gather and confirm information
• Basic data analysis skills (Excel or similar); exposure to AML, banking, or financial services data preferred
• Interest in developing Actimise and AML domain expertise over the course of the engagement

Salary range: $62,000 to $85,000 or the hourly equivalent. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.
