Job summary

System One seeks a Senior Acquisitions Management Specialist to lead complex procurements, including construction contracts, and provide guidance to staff. The role emphasizes analytical work, regulatory knowledge, and effective communication with vendors and stakeholders.

• Requires a bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, management, economics, mathematics, English, government, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle non-standardized and varied procurements including construction contracts.
• Provide technical guidance to section staff on complex procurement requirements.
• Plan and conduct a broad range of contract responsibilities, develop specifications, negotiate, and resolve issues.
