Job summary

PrimCorp in Washington, DC seeks a Senior Acquisition Analyst to guide acquisition position identification, coding, and documentation. You will support workforce planning and data analysis while advising program offices on contractual matters. Develop SOW/PWS, conduct market research, and help prepare IGCEs.

Role demands 9–12 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree, and the ability to work independently. TS/SCI clearance is required as part of the responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 9–12 years of experience conducting acquisition actions with relevant recent experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a labor-category related field from an accredited college or university.
• Strong ability to work independently and translate analytic findings into clear conclusions.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on acquisition position identification, coding, and documentation.
• Support workforce planning activities and data retrieval/analysis.
• Advise COR/ACOR and program offices on contractual matters based on policy knowledge.
• Develop sound SOW/PWS and/or orders from performance criteria.
• Perform market research and analyze trends relevant to the program.
• Develop Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCEs).
• Coordinate with technical experts and contracting office to reflect milestones in contracts and project plans.
