Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) is seeking a highly experienced Project Technical & Acquisition Systems Engineer to support a major defense program in Chantilly, VA.

The role requires strong expertise in networking, secure system design, encryption technologies, and lifecycle management from concept to fielding. Ideal candidates will have an active TS/SCI clearance, an MA/MS degree in a relevant field, and at least 10 years of related experience, along with proficiency in MS

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance at time of application.
• MA/MS degree in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of training and/or expertise in networking and data protocols, secure system design, interoperability, encryption standards and technologies, and/or understanding of associated field applications.

Responsibilities

• Support prototype development, maturation, and fielding.
• Prepare technical and executive briefings for varied audiences.
• Coordinate and facilitate program reviews and stakeholder working groups.
• Develop and maintain program schedules, milestone trackers, and risk management frameworks.
• Review all performer deliverables and provide feedback.
