Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. seeks a Project Management Support & S/W Development Systems Engineer to support the Space and Intelligence Division in Chantilly, VA.

The role requires an active TS/SCI clearance, a Bachelor’s or higher, and 10+ years of experience with agile (Scrum) development and enterprise transition of automation or AI/ML-enabled solutions. You will coordinate day-to-day program activities, track milestones, prepare briefings for SES/Flag-level leaders, and support agile

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; graduate study preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in program/project management with contractors.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day program activities to align technical efforts, schedules, and objectives.
• Support the Program Manager in tracking progress, dependencies, and risks.
• Prepare program documentation, white papers, and leadership briefings.
• Support agile development and enterprise transition of automation/AI/ML solutions.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagements and provide decision-grade communications.
