Job summary

Odyssey, a world‑class technical integration company, seeks a Senior Acquisition Program Manager to support the Attack Systems Division, FMS at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. You will guide advanced acquisition efforts across lifecycle stages, ensuring regulatory compliance and strong program performance.

Responsibilities include developing analyses, LOAs, and contractor proposals, coordinating with FMS stakeholders, and maintaining schedules and risk management for a demanding portfolio.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate Degree in a related field with 10 years of DoD-related experience, 5 of which in DoD.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field with 12 years of experience, 5 in DoD.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert acquisition program management across the lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with DoD and AF regulations and guidelines.
• Assist with procurement of systems, subsystems, and equipment.
• Develop program analyses and strategic recommendations for informed decisions.
• Prepare and analyze pre-LORs, P&A analyses, MOAs/MOUs, and contractor proposals.
• Support LOA development and FMS coordination with stakeholders.
• Maintain IMS, cost, schedule, and performance tracking.
• Support meetings, agendas, action items, and security logistics.
