ManTech seeks a highly motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Acquisition Program Analyst to join our team in Washington, DC. This is an onsite position.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing Acquisition Program support to the IWS 1 Principal Assistant Program Manager for Acquisitions in support of combat systems development and integration of the AEGIS combat system on US Navy ships.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
Draft, coordinate, and manage technical requirements and justifications with Government technical leads necessary to create : Contract Attachments / Recommend CLIN structures / Statement of Works / Technical Advisory Report (TAR) development / Technical References such as PEO IWS, NAVSEA, and industry standards
Develop technical and program inputs to Leadership Briefs with PEO IWS and for external organizations to include NAVSEA 02, DASN, and ASN RDA
Provide technical information and review support during development of Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCEs) for new contract and existing contracts efforts
Develop, manage, and support schedules and milestones
Define technical requirements that support acquisition documentation such as : Acquisition Strategies (AS) / Individual Streamlined Acquisition Plan (ISTRAP) / Program Streamlined Acquisition Plan (PSTRAP) / Justification & Allowable (J&A)
Draft technical requirements for Market research efforts such as Industry Request for Information (RFI) and Industry Days
Support development of Congressional RFIs / Media Inquiries
Knowledge of contract types, contract section structure, and fee structures
Support review and development of aligning technical instructions (TIs) to contract SOW
Minimum Qualifications :
Master’s degree in Program Management, Finance, or a related field; in lieu of a Master’s degree, a Bachelors degree and 15+ years of experience OR a high school diploma / GED and 20+ years of experience may be considered.
10+ years of experience in program or project analysis
Preferred Qualifications :
Working knowledge of Navy Marine Corp Acquisition Regulation Supplement (NMCARS)
Experience with Navy Surface Combat Systems and Weapon Systems
Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations use in Navy contracting
Clearance Requirements :
Must be a U.S. Citizen and possess an active or current Secret Security Clearance
Physical Requirements :
The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
The projected compensation range for this position is $139,400.00-$249,000.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary / hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
