You will review complex contracts, advise contracting officers and program managers, and mentor junior attorneys. Remote work is allowed; security clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as chief legal counsel for designated acquisition programs.
• Provide program managers and contracting officers a single point of contact for legal questions.
• Review complex contractual documents for legal sufficiency and compliance with laws, regulations and policy.
• Furnish advice to contracting officers and program management personnel at various levels on pertinent issues.
