Job summary

Serco is seeking an Acquisition & PM Professional III – Cost to provide senior-level expertise in cost estimating, acquisition strategy, program analysis, and modernization for DoD, IC, and Federal Civilian programs. This role advises government leaders and interfaces with executives to guide critical investment decisions throughout the acquisition lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Senior-level leadership and advisory services for large federal programs.
• Development and review of life-cycle cost estimates and affordability analyses.
• Support planning, strategy, budgeting, and investment decisions.
• Advanced cost estimating for software-intensive and cloud environments.
• Benchmarking using government data sources and industry standards.
• Apply quantitative methods to assess affordability, risks, and resources.
• RDT&E and modernization support across the acquisition lifecycle.
• Create executive-level reports and procurement documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level technical leadership and independent advisory services for federal programs.
• Develop, evaluate, and defend life-cycle cost estimates and affordability assessments.
• Support acquisition planning, strategy development, and source selections.
• Perform advanced cost estimating for software-heavy and cloud environments.
• Conduct benchmarking and market research using government data sources.
• Apply advanced analytics to assess affordability, risks, and resource needs.
• Support modernization initiatives throughout the acquisition lifecycle.
• Create executive briefings and strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
