Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking a highly experienced Acquisition & PM Professional III – Cost to provide senior‑level expertise in cost estimating, acquisition strategy, program analysis, technology modernization, and executive decision support for DoD, IC, and Federal Civilian programs.

The successful candidate will advise government leaders, deliver strategic recommendations, and guide programs through the acquisition lifecycle with focus on cloud cost modeling, software/IT cost analysis, and budgeting.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret Security Clearance.
• US citizenship required.
• Master’s degree or equivalent with relevant experience.
• 15+ years federal acquisition, cost estimating, or related work.
• Experience with DoD / Federal Civilian or IC programs.
• Strong ability to defend cost estimates and analyses.
• Experience in cloud, AI/ML, cybersecurity and modernization programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior‑level leadership for large, complex federal programs.
• Develop, evaluate, and review LCCEs, IGCEs, affordability studies.
• Support acquisition planning, source selections, budgeting, and investments.
• Conduct advanced cost analyses for software, cloud, and IT programs.
• Benchmark and research using industry and government data sources.
• Apply quantitative methods to assess affordability and risks.
• Support RDT&E and modernization across the lifecycle.
• Create executive presentations and acquisition documentation.
• Provide program management support and risk analysis.
• Interface with government customers and senior contractors.
