The role requires a Secret clearance, US citizenship, and a strong track record in DoD/DoW program management and contracting, with 15+ years of related experience including 10+ years in leadership.

Qualificações

• Active DoD/DoW Secret clearance or higher is required.
• Master's degree with at least 15 years in acquisition/program management, including 10+ years in leadership.
• Extensive knowledge of DoD/DoW program management and contracting policies for development, production and fielding major weapon systems.
• Experience with DoD 5000 series directives and FAR/DFARs.
• Ability to lead projects from start to finish, including cost, schedule, and performance responsibilities.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and execute acquisition management and contracting analysis and transformation projects.
• Lead analysis and develop recommendations and final products.
• Prepare final products and facilitate meetings and workshops.
• Support cost, schedule, and performance management activities.
• Manage customer relationships throughout project execution.
• Provide leadership and SME support to acquisition initiatives.
• Identify opportunities and support proposal development.
