Henderson Engineers is seeking a Sr. Acoustics Consulting Manager to lead the growth and execution of acoustics services for owner-occupied facilities and large portfolios.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective noise control strategies, improve occupant comfort, and drive project profitability. The role requires a strategic leader with 10+ years in architectural acoustics, hands-on modeling experience, and the ability to manage budgets across complex

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in acoustics, architectural engineering, mechanical engineering, physics, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in architectural acoustics and noise/vibration consulting with large-portfolio clients.
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading small teams and workshops.
• Certifications such as INCE Board Certification, ASA, NCAC, or LEED AP preferred.
• Proven project management experience including budgets and complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of annual growth strategy for the acoustics group.
• Manage large, multi-site acoustic engagements for healthcare, education, arts, and corporate facilities.
• Mentor staff in room acoustics modeling and noise analysis.
• Coordinate with architects, MEPs, and facility owners to meet acoustic requirements.
• Oversee budgets, timelines and client satisfaction.
