Job summary

Bombardier Aviation is seeking a Senior Engineer in Acoustics and Vibration to contribute to cabin acoustic comfort and vibratory performance across its product line. You will develop models, plan tests, analyze data and collaborate with design, production and engineering teams to maintain high standards of acoustic excellence.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering with advanced expertise in acoustics, vibrations, and FE analysis, plus 3–8 years of relevant experience in

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering; Master’s or Ph.D. in acoustics preferred.
• Strong knowledge of acoustics and vibrations, modeling, measurements, and signal processing.
• Experience with FE methods in structural dynamics and acoustics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain vibratory environment and cabin noise models for Bombardier’s product line.
• Plan and participate in flight, ground, and lab tests to quantify cabin acoustic comfort.
• Analyze test data and communicate findings and recommendations to engineering teams.
• Collaborate with cabin acoustics and vibratory environment teams to resolve production and in-service issues.
