Job summary

PrideStaff in Rogers, MN is seeking a seasoned AccurPress Brake Operator and Programmer for a first shift. The role focuses on end-to-end bending, precise alignment with customer specs, and hands-on programming to ensure throughput and quality in a metal fabrication environment.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in press brake operation, can read complex drawings, and can maintain tolerances. The position includes full-time hours with OT as needed and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in press brake operation (Layout and Programming required).
• Proven ability to work within customer tolerances of +/- .060.
• Able to lift up to 60 lbs and work 10-hour shifts.
• Reliable transportation and steel-toe boots are required.

Responsibilities

• Perform full setups and execute forming operations using standard and custom tooling.
• Read and interpret complex shop drawings and fabrication plans.
• Conduct spot inspections and final quality checks using precision measuring tools.
• Program and troubleshoot AccurPress machinery for various gauges of steel and aluminum.
• Maintain a clean, calibrated machine and a safe work area.
