Job summary

Kiss Nail Products, Inc. in Port Washington, NY is seeking a Senior Accounting Associate to oversee accounts payable operations, vendor onboarding, and ecommerce AR reconciliations. You will ensure timely payments, maintain vendor records, and support multi-channel marketplaces.

This role requires attention to detail, experience with SAP Concur, and strong Excel skills. You will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to uphold controls and accurate financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• Experience in accounts payable, vendor management, and financial reconciliations.
• Proficiency with SAP, SAP Concur or comparable ERP systems.
• Strong Excel skills for reconciliation and data analysis.
• Knowledge of internal controls and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices and payments, including domestic and international transactions.
• Manage vendor onboarding, master data and banking information.
• Post and reconcile e-commerce settlements from marketplaces.
• Support compliance reporting and audit documentation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve payment issues.
