Based at Simplot Headquarters in Boise, this role requires 3+ years of AP experience and a Bachelor’s degree. The position emphasizes data accuracy, strong communication, and collaboration with Procurement, SMT, HR Solutions, Finance, and AP Imaging teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounts payable or related experience
• Experience reviewing vendor statements and payment inquiries
• Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication with vendors and internal teams
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks

Responsibilities

• Receive, monitor, and resolve AP inquiries via phone, voicemail, and email
• Review vendor statements for accuracy
• Evaluate requests for escalation to L2 Support
• Assist with urgent or escalated inquiries resolution
• Assist with returned checks and payment issues
• Help internal customers with AP software access updates
• Run periodic AP reports as requested
• Participate in miscellaneous projects and tasks as directed
