Responsibilities

• Process invoices and payments accurately and timely.
• Perform three-way match and code invoices to GL accounts.
• Maintain vendor records and respond to invoice status inquiries.
• Prepare AP aging reports and support period-end close.
• Support vendor issue resolution and documentation for audits.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives.
