Ideal candidates have 5+ years of verifiable experience, strong accuracy and organizational skills, and knowledge of automation platforms and the Microsoft Platform. The role emphasizes payment integrity, vendor management, and strict compliance with contracts and insurance requirements.

Qualifications

• The incumbent should have at least 5 years of verifiable background demonstrating accuracy, reliability, proficiency, organizational skills, insight into automation platforms, and concrete knowledge of Microsoft Platform.

Responsibilities

• Track and maintain an up-to-date record of all incoming subcontractor/vendor invoicing in the Accounts Payable system.
• Research backups for invoices ensuring alignment with Purchase Orders and work performed.
• Review payables vis-a-vis Accounts Receivable invoicing.
• Manage flow of disbursements to vendors/subcontractors with accurate payment percentages.
• Confirm subcontractor hourly wage rates on Change Orders align with proposals.
• Ensure subcontractors have current insurance certificates before work starts.
• Annually renew General Services Contracts with subcontractors.
• Support audits by providing accurate information for NYSIF, union funds, and company insurance.
• Ensure Purchase Orders are returned and signed with terms and conditions.
