Our client is seeking a Senior Accounts Payable Specialist to join their finance team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in full cycle accounts payable processes and will play a critical role in managing the company's financial transactions.

Senior Accounts Payable Specialist Responsibilities:

• Process accounts payable invoices accurately and efficiently
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
• Manage vendor relationships and address any payment inquiries
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Assist with month-end closing processes as needed
• Provide support for other finance-related tasks and projects as assigned

Senior Accounts Payable Specialist Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Associates degree in Accounting, Finance or related field preferred
• 5+ years of experience in accounts payable, preferably in a senior-level role
• Strong understanding of full cycle accounts payable processes
• Experience with accounting software and MS Excel proficiency
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
