Job Title: Senior Accounts Payable Specialist

Vaco Atlanta has partnered with a top client to hire a Senior Accounts Payable Specialist to support a system implementation. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in accounts payable, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to resolve vendor issues promptly. Oracle Fusion experience is highly preferred.

Role Details:

• Position: Sr. AP Specialist
• Location: Alpharetta, GA
• Onsite: 3 days onsite
• Job Type: Contract (3+ months, based on performance & business needs)
• Pay: $25 - $30/hour

Responsibilities:

• Clean up vendor credits and ensure accurate processing.
• Process and make corrections to payment runs.
• Reconcile vendor accounts, addressing non-payments and delayed payments.
• Maintain accounts payable invoice files.
• Investigate and resolve vendor queries.
• Carry out reporting activities according to deadlines.

Requirements:

• Experience with accounts payable processes and vendor management.
• Proficiency in Excel and Oracle Fusion.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Experience in OCR/IDR environments.
