Job summary

B&S Site Development in Manassas, VA is seeking an Accounts Payable Manager to lead the AP function across multiple construction projects. You will manage invoice processing, approvals, vendor relations, and ensure adherence to policies and internal controls.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in progressive accounts payable roles, 2+ years in leadership, construction industry experience, and strong ERP and Excel skills to support project cost reporting and month-end close.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive accounts payable experience.
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience in construction, civil construction, heavy highway, site development, or related industries.
• Strong understanding of accounts payable processes, accounting principles, and internal controls.
• Experience with ERP/accounting software systems and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the accounts payable function across multiple projects.
• Process invoices, expense reports, subcontractor payments, and vendor disbursements with accuracy.
