Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years AP experience with 3+ years in supervision.
• Experience implementing ERP modules and automation.
• Strong knowledge of vendor management, controls, and tax.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Accounts Payable team and oversee accurate, timely invoice processing and payments.
• Modernize AP workflows by implementing ERP modules and identifying automation opportunities.
• Develop and maintain AP policies, procedures, internal controls, and process safeguards.
• Partner with the accounting team to support month-end close and financial reporting deadlines.
• Review AP records, vendor accounts, and payment activity to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Analyze AP data to improve processes, reduce costs, strengthen compliance, and maximize working capital.
