Job summary

Yamibuy seeks an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to lead AP operations in a fast-growing e-commerce environment. You will drive end-to-end AP processes, ensure accuracy, and partner with cross-functional teams to improve controls and efficiency.

The role requires strong leadership, technical accounting knowledge, and the ability to manage high-volume transactions while maintaining compliance and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of AP, accounting, or finance experience with team leadership.
• Professional proficiency in English and Mandarin, written and verbal.
• Experience with accounting software or ERP systems such as QuickBooks or NetSuite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full accounts payable cycle, including invoice processing, payment approvals, vendor reconciliations, and payment execution.
• Manage daily AP operations to ensure accurate and timely processing of high-volume transactions.
• Establish and maintain AP policies, procedures, and internal controls for accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor payables, schedules, and vendor balances to ensure timely payments and good relationships.
• Review invoice discrepancies, payment issues, and vendor inquiries; manage employee expense reimbursements.
• Collaborate with Finance to support audits and provide documentation as needed.
