Job summary

Radiant in El Segundo, CA seeks an AP Manager to own end-to-end accounts payable operations across QuickBooks, ION, Ramp with no automatic integration. You will lead the invoice-to-payment cycle, build scalable AP controls, and partner with Finance and Supply Chain on cash management and ERP planning.

You will manage 800-1,300 invoices monthly, ensure proper GL/class coding, perform three-way matching, and drive process improvements in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of three-way match processes, GL coding, and month-end close
• Experience with 1099 reporting, sales/use tax compliance, and audit support
• Experience processing high-volume AP (500+ invoices/month) in a fast-paced environment
• Track record of building or improving AP processes and controls
• Strong communication skills for vendor management and cross-functional collaboration
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
• Proficiency with AP automation tools and ERP systems
• Experience in high-growth companies navigating significant scale
• Familiarity with Ramp, QuickBooks, and/or ION
• Experience with government contract accounting (FAR/DFARS)
• Experience supporting ERP implementations or system migrations
• 5+ years of accounts payable experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead AP role
• Experience with 1099 reporting, sales/use tax compliance, and audit support
• Experience processing high-volume AP (500+ invoices/month)

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end accounts payable operations
• Process 800-1,300 invoices monthly across multiple systems
• Build scalable AP infrastructure and controls
• Partner with Supply Chain and Finance on workflows and cash management
• Manage vendor setup, W-9 collection, and master data
• Execute payment runs to capture early payment discounts
• Lead AP workstream for ERP selection, implementation, and data migration
• Maintain 1099 vendor tracking and tax compliance
• Train employees on policies and Ramp usage
• Design and document AP policies for scaling organization
• Document current-state processes and inform ERP requirements
• Audit-ready documentation for external audits
