Qualifications

• 5+ years of end-to-end accounts payable experience.
• Experience with high-growth, technology-driven environments.
• Proficient in supplier onboarding and vendor records.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices from intake to posting with accurate coding and record retention.
• Perform two- and three-way matching and resolve discrepancies before posting.
• Collaborate across GL, Supply Chain, Receiving, Procurement to resolve issues.
• Execute timely ACH, wire, and card payments per regulatory and control requirements.
• Maintain vendor records and respond to inquiries; reconcile statements.
• Support month-end close and accruals; address aging items.
• Assist with process improvements, testing, audits, and finance projects.
