Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field required.
• 5+ years of progressively increasing responsibilities in accounting in financial institutions or equivalent.
• Leadership experience or supervisory responsibility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Accounting Department to achieve strategic goals, coach and develop staff.
• Administer payroll, personnel reports, and management analyses.
• Oversee general ledger reconciliations, journals, and accounting reports.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate financial flow.
• Assist with audits, regulatory examinations, and budget preparation.
• Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with standards.
