You will coordinate with Wells Fargo, prepare 1099s, perform tax routine activities, and support monthly close and reporting processes.

Qualifications

• Requires 2–3 years accounting experience or equivalent coursework.
• Strong mathematical and data-entry skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and basic accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily cash management for multiple entities using Wells Fargo CEO; process EFTs and wires; prepare tax-related payments.
• Reconcile daily cash and PRT/ Gunnther related transactions; assist with stop payments and refunds.
• Prepare and review 1099s with vendors; participate in year-end tax processes.
• Handle monthly/quarterly tax imports and municipality tax filings; coordinate with IT and Tax departments.
• Process journal entries and month-end close tasks; support Controller and Management.
