Job summary

Raydar is seeking an Accounting Software Implementation Manager to own accounting software rollouts for finance teams, from initial scoping and setup through launch. You will work directly with CFOs and finance teams to map workflows and configure software to fit operations.

The role combines hands-on accounting knowledge with clear, plain-spoken communications for finance executives, supports pre-sale and post-sale activities, and requires a self-directed, startup-paced approach.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience implementing ERP or accounting software and managing customers.
• Experience with accounting software implementations in startups or finance transformations.
• Solid understanding of back-office accounting processes (GL, reconciliations, month-end close, payables, receivables).

Responsibilities

• Manage customer implementations from kickoff to launch with CFOs and finance teams.
• Map customer accounting workflows and configure software to fit their processes.
• Handle pre-sale and post-sale activities for the accounting product line (GL, payables, receivables, payroll, payments).
• Explain complex accounting/technical topics to customers in plain language.
• Build implementation processes from the ground up with high ownership.
