Brewer Morris is seeking a Senior Accounting & Reporting Analyst to join its Accounting & Control team in New York City. The role blends traditional accounting with financial reporting, analytics, data visualization, and automation to improve how financial results are analyzed and communicated.

You’ll work cross-functionally to enhance close processes, build scalable reporting, and drive efficiency using Excel, BI tools, and emerging AI capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of progressive Accounting or Finance experience.
• Strong foundation in corporate accounting, month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Experience that blends Accounting with FP&A, reporting, or financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own and enhance recurring financial reporting and close analytics.
• Build reporting packages and visualizations for Finance leadership.
• Maintain journal entries, reconciliations, and accounting routines.
• Develop scalable analytics around debt activity and financing metrics.
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting and analysis.
• Utilize Excel, BI tools, automation, and AI capabilities in Finance processes.
• Analyze financial results to identify anomalies and trends.
• Partner with FP&A, Treasury, Data, and Audit teams.
